Office flooring is two jobs in one — the developer's Cat A handover finish (typically a neutral carpet tile to demise lines) and the tenant's Cat B fit-out (branded layouts, breakout LVT, meeting room carpet, biophilic mats). Prem-Floor delivers both, working alongside fit-out contractors, designers and M&E teams to sequence subfloor preparation, raised access infill and flooring installation around the rest of the programme.
Most modern office refurbishment is phased around an occupied building. We work floor-by-floor, zone-by-zone, evenings and weekends — moving desks, lifting tiles, prepping screed, installing new finish and resetting furniture before staff return. Acoustic underlay, raised-access compatibility and tackifier fixing for future-proof tile replacement are standard.
We install commercial carpet tile from Interface, Milliken, Modulyss, Desso and Burmatex; LVT from Karndean, Amtico and Polyflor for breakout and reception areas; and recessed entrance matting at every primary entrance. Mixed-tile design layouts, brand colour inlays and wayfinding strips are delivered as part of the same package.
