Industrial flooring has to handle point loads, impact, chemicals and constant traffic — pallet trucks, fork lifts, racking, MHE, washdown. Industrial slabs are rarely flat, dry or contamination-free as-found. Most of our industrial projects start with hygrometer moisture testing, diamond grinding, shot-blasting, surface damp-proof membrane and pump-applied latex smoothing — finished before flooring goes down. Without it, no industrial floor lasts.
